Each combo comes with one, custom SDG-designed, 1/8oz jig head, and 8 custom trailers.

The sides of the jig head are flat giving you the option of adding an eye on your own. Check out the pictures below to see a close up of the head and an example using a 5mm 3-D eye.

The jig head comes WITHOUT an eye, but as you can see below, the flat side is a great platform for a 5mm 3-D eye, should you want to add a little something special to your Bladed Slayer!
