SDG Multi-Block
The Blending Block that changed the game when shooting multiple ports!
The SDG Multi Block by N2 is a new kind of blending block (see pictures below!), specifically designed to inject molds with multiple ports as well as multiple single port molds that are clamped together.

With a traditional blending block, the block will often cover the ports already injected as the user moves from port to port. This rapidly cools the plastic in the injected ports, effectively "sealing" them off. That "seal" restricts the ports from drawing additional plastic as the bait(s) cools. This restriction can often cause voids in the nose of a bait, or even ruin all the baits in a single port, multi-cavity mold.
The unique design of the Multi Block solves this problem by putting the plastic in the back and front of the block (vs side by side at the nozzle) separated by an internal, removable, plate. This allows the user to turn the block 90 degrees when injecting, which means the block won't cover the previously injected ports as the user moves from port to port. Since the block does not cover the injected ports the ports are not "sealed" by the block, and therefore each port can continue to draw the necessary plastic to fill out the bait(s).
The Multi Block is simple to use, injects as easily as a traditional block thanks to extra deep runners carrying the plastic, and is even labeled so the user can be sure the correct color is being injected into the correct side. Its a must have tool for anyone that likes to inject multi-port molds and/or multiple single port molds that are clamped together!
